Refund policy

Due to the nature of personalization, all sales are final. However, I am human and do make mistakes. If there is an issue with your order, please email customerservice@crickandluembroiery.com within 48 hours of delivery. If it is return eligible, the item must be returned and actively tracking back within three business days of communication. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of wear. No exceptions. 

 

*** I do not offer order cancellations or refunds. Please double and triple check your order before placing. Once the order is placed no modifications can be made. 

For blank items, an item may be returned for store credit only within 2 days of receiving the item. Item must be unworn and in the original condition that it was sent. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
