  1. How do I find your fonts and motifs?

Under the customization tab. If you are looking for something in particular and do not see it there, please message me on Instagram or email me. I love a custom order and adding to my library!

  1. This motif is x color, but I want it y color. Can I do that?

Yes! All motifs, fonts, etc are fully customizable.

  1. How fast will I receive my item?

Before adding an item to your cart you will have to acknowledge a certain turn around time. That time does not include shipping time, so you will need to account for that when planning as well. 

  1. I need an item quicker than what your turnaround time is. Can I rush an item?
Yes, there is a product listing titled "Rush Production". You may select that along with your order. Please note, this is for rush production only and not shipping. If you need shipping expedited as well, please send me a message so I can send you an additional invoice for the shipping upgrade.
  1. Font order is confusing. How do I enter my font to ensure it’s in the correct order?
Please enter all monograms and names as fLm (first, last, middle). If it is a font that requires a different order, I will change it for you but to ensure accuracy across the board- enter as fLm or type in the full name. Example: Bo Preston Ghames or bGp
6.Do you offer returns or exchanges?

 

All items are final sale UNLESS it is a mistake on me. If there is something incorrect on your order please email me at hello@crickandluembroidery.com within 48 hours of receiving your item and I will get it taken care of. 

*** In regards to shipping once a package has been scanned in Crick and Lu is not longer responsible for the package. If package is not received it will be the customer's responsibility to file and seek compensation from the carrier.
